Your goal? Deliver world-class service, keep operations running smoothly, and make every guest’s day magical! β¨

Lead the Retail Team on the floor, providing example-based, shoulder-to-shoulder leadership π₯
Deliver top-notch guest experiences while meeting or exceeding KPIs and Mystery Visit targets π―
Support training, coaching, and development for the Retail Team π
Collaborate with the Retail Manager on schedules, merchandising, and inventory control π
Serve as Duty Manager 2–3 shifts per week, overseeing operations across the attraction π
Motivate, mentor, and give feedback to your team, keeping energy high and morale strong β‘
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure proper follow-up β
Maintain clean, safe, and visually engaging retail areas π§Ήπ
Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training for new team members π
Monitor performance metrics, including sales, dwell time, and team KPIs π
Experienced in retail supervision or management, ideally within a high-volume retail or visitor attraction environment πͺ
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a busy, high-energy environment β‘
A natural leader who inspires, motivates, and coaches a team to succeed πͺ
Comfortable handling guest issues with professionalism and care ποΈ
Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer experiences and having fun π
Preferably, a fan of LEGO and ready to embrace the magic of our attractions π§±β¨
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred π
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in retail or related environment πͺ
Excellent communication, sales, and people management skills π£οΈ
Experience with computerized point-of-sale systems π»
