This role is perfect for someone who is guest-obsessed, calm under pressure, playful yet professional, and confident running the floor in a fast-paced attraction. You’ll support daily operations, act as a supervisor on duty when needed, and jump in wherever needed to support your team and our guests.
Lead the floor as a Supervisor on Duty when needed, including assisting with opening and closing procedures 🔑
Inspire and motivate Guest Experience Hosts to deliver WOW-worthy service 🌈
Assign and monitor daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly and safely
Be a safety champion 🦺—ensuring all policies and procedures are followed
Manage guest flow and queues in high-energy, high-volume areas
Handle guest questions, concerns, and recoveries with confidence and care 💬
Support training and development of new and existing team members
Coach performance, give feedback, and escalate concerns when needed
Lead by example by jumping into guest-facing roles whenever support is needed 🙌
Must-Haves (Required):
Strong safety judgment and situational awareness 🚨
Prior leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in high-volume, guest-facing environments
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Dependable, accountable, and comfortable taking ownership
