Lead daily Guest Experience operations to ensure smooth, safe, and guest-focused performance ποΈπ
Motivate, coach, and inspire team members to deliver amazing service with energy and positivity ππ
Delegate and monitor daily assignments to keep operations running efficiently ποΈβοΈ
Manage queues and guest flow safely and effectively during peak periods β±οΈβ‘οΈ
Respond to guest concerns with care and professionalism, partnering with other departments for quick resolutions ππ οΈ
Assist with training and documentation across all primary Guest Experience areas πβοΈ
Support the development of front-line team members through coaching, feedback, and on-the-job leadership π§π«π¬
Uphold health, safety, and service standards across all operations π§Όβ οΈ
When not serving as Supervisor on Duty, assist with training initiatives, employee engagement, audits, and development projects ππ―
Lead by example on the attraction floor, modeling fun, teamwork, and outstanding guest service every shift ππ
π High school diploma or GED required
π· Six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, childcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred
πͺ Previous experience leading a team, project, or shift with demonstrated accountability
π Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for guest experience and teamwork
β‘ Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, playful, ever-changing environment
π£οΈ Strong communication skills with a calm, friendly, and professional approach to problem-solving
π» Comfortable using technology and basic office software
π€ Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to creating magical experiences for every family
