In this role, you'll help guide our team, support daily operations, and serve as a key leader in keeping our attraction running smoothly and safely. Every day is a new adventure! ๐ฝโจ
As a Guest Experience Lead, you’ll be one of the go-to leaders for delivering exceptional guest service and unforgettable experiences.
You’ll help run the attraction from top to bottom, including:
โจ Overseeing Admissions, Attraction Floor, Food & Beverage, and Retail
๐ Delegating and monitoring daily tasks for front-line hosts
๐ Motivating the team to be “guest-obsessed” and deliver outstanding service
๐ Maintaining all health & safety procedures across the attraction
๐ธ Managing queues, traffic flow, and busy areas with ease and safety
๐ Responding to guest concerns and coordinating solutions across departments
You’ll help develop the next generation of guest service superstars!
๐ข Train hosts on ride & water safety, guest service, and more
๐ Maintain accurate training records
๐ฌ Coach team members, provide feedback, and support their growth
๐ Empower hosts with the tools and confidence to deliver world-class service
When you’re not duty managing, you’ll support your department with:
๐งธ Stocking & inventory tasks
๐ Training & employee engagement
โ Assisting with shift coverage as needed
โจ Supporting additional tasks to keep operations smooth and magical
๐ And performing other exciting duties as needed!
โ High school diploma or GED preferred
โ Experience interacting with guests in fast-paced settings
โ Passion for entertaining and engaging with children & families (a must!)
โ Prior experience training or coaching others
โ A fun, friendly, outgoing personality
โ Strong communication & motivational skills
โ Ability to thrive in a busy, multitasking environment
โ Ability to work weekends, evenings & holidays
May occasionally involve local or domestic travel.
As a leader, you’ll model safe working habits, follow all Merlin Entertainments Health & Safety guidelines, and support your team in doing the same.

You should be able to:
