Oversee smooth operation of all departments including Admissions, Attractions, Food and Beverage, and Retail.
Delegate and monitor daily assignments for front-line staff.
Lead and motivate team members to be guest-obsessed and provide exemplary service.
Uphold all health and safety policies and ensure compliance across the team.
Manage queues and guest flow safely and efficiently during high-traffic periods.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest issues, collaborating with other departments as needed.
Organize and deliver host training in areas such as ride safety, food safety, profit protection, and retail standards; maintain training records.
Empower team members to deliver outstanding customer service, including guest recovery when required.
Evaluate workforce performance and provide coaching or escalate as needed.
Support the department in training, stocking, inventory control, employee engagement, and scheduling when not duty managing.
Perform other duties as assigned to maintain smooth operations.
