Step right up and lead the fun! 🎟️ As an Admissions Shift Lead, you’ll help set the stage for every guest’s visit — making sure their first impression is nothing short of magical. You’ll take charge as the Supervisor on Duty, support daily Admissions operations, and jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly. Beyond the ticket booths, you’ll play a key role in coaching and inspiring our front-line team to deliver world-class service with big smiles and even bigger energy! ✨

Qualifications & Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • 🎟️ Lead the daily adventure by overseeing smooth operations across Admissions, Attractions, Food & Beverage, and Retail.
  • 🌟 Inspire and motivate our team to be truly guest-obsessed— delivering magical moments and top-tier service every time.
  • πŸ—“οΈ Delegate and monitor daily assignments to keep everything running safely, efficiently, and with plenty of smiles.
  • 🚦 Manage queues and guest flow in our busiest areas to keep the experience safe, seamless, and fun for everyone.
  • πŸ’¬ Jump in to resolve guest questions or concerns quickly and positively— turning challenges into opportunities for delight!
  • 🎒 Champion health and safety standards, ensuring every area of the attraction operates to the highest level of compliance.
  • πŸŽ“ Train, coach, and empower team members in ride safety, food safety, retail excellence, and guest experience magic.
  • πŸ‘ Support team development by evaluating performance, recognizing achievements, and providing guidance when needed.
  • 🎯 When not duty managing, lend your expertise to support your department with training, inventory, engagement, and scheduling.

Education & Experience:

  • πŸŽ“ High school diploma or GED required; college coursework a plus!
  • 🎒 Minimum six months of experience in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality— bonus points for leadership experience!
  • πŸ’¬ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
  • 🧠 A natural trainer and motivator who leads by example and inspires others to do their best work.
  • 🎈 A true people-person with an outgoing, energetic personality and a love for creating smiles— especially for kids and families!
