Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure the attraction runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

• Lead, train, and support Facilities Technicians while fostering a positive, proactive work environment.

• Perform and oversee repairs on HVAC, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.

• Take on hands-on facility projects, including painting, drywall repair, lighting, and minor construction tasks.

• Troubleshoot ride systems and themed equipment to minimize downtime and maximize guest enjoyment.

• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships for specialized maintenance and repairs.

• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records of completed work.

• Support opening, operating, and closing procedures to ensure all systems are guest-ready.

• Step in to assist with custodial duties, exhibit setups, and facility upkeep as needed.

• Always prioritize safety—for guests, team members, and yourself—while maintaining a can-do attitude!

Education & Experience:

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED required; technical college degree preferred.
• 🔧 Minimum of two years’ experience in maintenance, facilities, or a technical/themed attraction environment.
• 💡 Hands-on knowledge of basic repairs, including painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• 🧠 Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and manage other technicians and coordinate vendor work.
• 💻 Comfortable using computers and maintenance systems to log, track, and resolve issues.
• 🌟 Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and commitment to creating a safe, seamless, and fun environment for all guests.
