Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the retail floor, inspiring a guest-obsessed, high-energy team.

• Deliver world-class service and consistently meet or exceed KPIs and revenue goals.

• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and team development to build future stars.

• Motivate and coach team members to reach sales and performance goals.

• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory control, and product organization.

Education & Experience

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 🎢 Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a retail, admissions, or guest-facing environment — experience in a theme park or visitor attraction is a big plus!
• 🌟 Proven ability to stay cool under pressure and deliver five-star service, even in the busiest moments.
• 🛍️ Strong sales skills with a sharp eye for detail and a flair for creating visually appealing displays.
