🎯 What You’ll Do:

As the Admissions Shift Lead, you're the first smile guests see — and the friendly force that keeps things moving behind the scenes! You'll play a key leadership role in ensuring a smooth, safe, and super-fun experience from the front gates to the gift shop (and maybe even the LEGO® café!).

🧱 Your responsibilities will include:

• 👋 Leading daily operations at Admissions, and jumping in to support F&B, Retail, or Attractions when needed

• 🦸‍♂️ Serving as Supervisor on Duty, handling escalated guest issues and supporting team members throughout the attraction

• 🧡 Inspiring your team to be “Guest Obsessed” with WOW-worthy service

• 🎢 Managing guest flow and queues, ensuring smooth and efficient entry

• 🧩 Taking initiative with guest recovery, team coaching, and on-the-fly problem-solving

• 🎓 Helping train new Hosts on everything from safety standards to service magic

• 📅 Supporting schedules, performance check-ins, and team evaluations

• 🛡️ Enforcing health, safety, and cleanliness protocols

• 📝 Keeping records on training, incidents, and team achievements

✅ What You’ll Bring to the Brick Table:

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED required

• 💼 6+ months experience in attractions, hospitality, customer service, or retail (bonus if you've led a team!)

• 🧒 Passion for working in a family-friendly, playful environment

• 🙌 Confidence in leading and coaching others with energy and positivity

• 📢 Strong communication and quick-thinking decision-making skills

• 🕐 Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
