As a Shift Lead, you’ll play a key role in daily operations, support and motivate our front-line team, and help shape an atmosphere that’s electric, inclusive, and unforgettable.
π¬ Lead the Crew: Delegate and monitor daily tasks for front-line team members to keep things running smoothly.
𧑠Inspire & Motivate: Foster a guest-obsessed culture where world-class service is the standard.
π‘οΈ Keep It Safe: Ensure health and safety procedures are always followed.
π Manage the Flow: Oversee guest queues and crowd control during peak times for a smooth, fun experience.
π§ Problem-Solve on the Spot: Respond quickly and professionally to guest concerns.
π Train & Develop: Lead Host training sessions, keep documentation updated, and coach team members to shine.
β Lead by Example: Jump into host positions as needed and support the department in special projects, audits, and engagement initiatives.
High school diploma or GED.
At least 6 months of experience in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles.
A fun, outgoing personality that thrives in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Comfort with basic tech tools and standard office software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with a smile π.
πͺ Bonus points if you’ve trained or supervised teams before!
Licenses/Certifications: May be required depending on specific duties.
Schedule: Flexibility is key! Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays.
Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Environment: Indoor & outdoor work with varying temps and sound levels.
