🔑 What You'll Be Doing:

As our F&B Supervisor, you'll lead a team of energetic hosts in our café/bar, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient, safe, and fun food service operations.

🧱 Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Café or Bar (think burgers, pizza, Starbucks®, snacks, and more!)

• Train and develop a team to deliver top-notch service 🎓💬

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and allergen control 🧼🔐

• Create staff schedules and manage labor effectively 📅🧾

• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships 📦📊

• Ensure visual appeal and food quality 🍔✨

• Conduct regular audits and safety checks 🧯📝

• Meet and exceed sales goals and spend-per-head targets 💵📈

• Deliver “WOW” customer service and lead guest recovery efforts 🎉🤝

• Be a proactive manager-on-duty, ensuring smooth attraction operations 🎢🚨

• Engage and motivate the team through recognition and coaching 💪🎖

🎓 What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred 🎓

• 2+ years in food service or hospitality (restaurant, café, attractions) 🍽️

• Strong leadership and guest service skills 🌟

• Experience with POS systems and inventory management 💻📋

• A flexible, can-do attitude and love for fast-paced, fun environments 🕹️🔥

• Must have (or be able to obtain) valid food safety certifications 🍱📜
